Elena started making movies while she was in a punk-rock band CUT and involved in the Italian indie scene. She documented the life of the band in the short movie "Will U Die 4 Me?" that became also a video for the song "Sugar Babe". It received a nomination on Brescia Music Art Festival. The video was on rotation on Match Music TV channel.
Her involvement in fashion brought her to combine different media, thus she started the series of short art fashion videos named "Contemporary Laziness". In this series clothes she made were part of the everyday life of people who were surrounding her and who were her main inspiration. Real life has always been her primary source of ideas and fascination. In her electronic poetry performances, Elena has been using animated photographs and laser projections. In 2005 she encounters the mysterious Ila Bêka and under his supervision makes her first "millimetraggio" (1 minute video) "Permesso di Soggiorno".

In 2008 Elena made "Hand By Hand" a video clip for a young songwriter Mattia. In 2009 she made a mystic music video “Trust Your Mojo, Sista” for Bluebird & Skoko.
